REFLECTION OF NINTH WEEK TEACHING PRACTICE
REFLECTION OF NINTH WEEK TEACHING PRACTICE
( February 28 - March 5 )
This week was last week of our teaching practice. It seems to be a sad feeling to write the blog. It was really a surprising factor that we had completed 2 months in the school. It feels really sad that on next week onwards we can't go to school. The pre model exams for 10 class had started this week, so there was no afternoon classes for 8 and 9 standard.
On February 28, I had a period at 9D and completed the portion and announced a diagnostic test. Then at second period I had a period at 8H and gave notes. Then at third period, I had a class 9A and completed the chapter. Then at last fourth period I had a class at my own class 9E and completed the portion. Then at afternoon, there was no class due to pre-model exam for 10 class.
March 1 was a public holiday.
On March 2, I got a free period at 9F and managed the class. The students in that class was really obedient students. Thenat fourth period, I got an opportunity to observe the class at 9C and observed the class of Sreelekshmi.
On March 3, I got two free periods at 8J and 8K and taken the health education lesson plans. Then at third period I got a free period at 8H and given them sweets and collected the feedback from them. At last period I had a class at 9D and conducted the diagnostic test.
Then on a March 4, there was no class for 8 standard. And I had no class for 9 standard. Then at fifth period I went to control the students of 6F and mingled with students by means of games.
At March 5, I had no period. At last period I borrowed some time and gave sweets to my own class students and shared some moments with them. Then we gave some gifts to our concerned teachers, HM and Honey miss. Then we gave sweets to all the teaching and non- teaching staffs in the school. All our teachers blessed us for good future.
The last day of our teaching practice was really very emotional for me. The last moments of our teaching practice were captured and made us very sentimental.
